This home was designed with a strong sense of flow - where each space feels connected, yet still holds its own identity.

From the soft warmth of the kitchen to the layered textures in the ensuite and the bolder statement made in the powder room, every detail was carefully considered before construction began.

Using 3D visuals during the planning stage allowed the overall direction to be explored early - helping to refine layout, material combinations and finishes with clarity and confidence.

The Kitchen

The kitchen forms the heart of the home, balancing clean lines with warmth and texture.

A generous island anchors the space, wrapped in natural stone to create a subtle statement without overpowering the room. Soft cabinetry tones, warm timber flooring and brushed brass accents work together to create a calm, elevated feel - one that feels timeless rather than trend-driven.

3D visualisation allowed the proportions of the island, joinery layout and material balance to be assessed early, ensuring the finished space feels as good as it looks.

The Ensuite

The ensuite continues the home’s soft, organic palette while introducing gentle architectural detail.

Vertical feature tiles add texture and rhythm, complemented by a curved mirror that softens the space and brings a sense of flow. The stone vanity provides depth and contrast, while warm metallic finishes tie the room together beautifully.

Visualising the ensuite ahead of time made it possible to fine-tune lighting placement, joinery proportions and material layering — ensuring the space feels serene, functional and cohesive.

The Powder Room

The powder room offered an opportunity to lean slightly bolder.

Here, stronger material choices and sculptural elements come together to create impact in a compact footprint. It’s a space designed to be memorable - refined yet expressive - proving that small rooms can still carry strong design presence.

Exploring this room in 3D allowed the balance between texture, tone and lighting to be carefully resolved before final selections were locked in.

Designing with clarity from the beginning helps avoid costly changes later - and ensures each space feels intentional, cohesive and considered.

Seeing the full picture before building makes all the difference.
