Sharing my favourite 3D rendering project from last week. ❤️

How amazing is the transformation of this Coolum home. 😀.

This client was looking to update their home to have a more coastal vibe, light and refreshing with great curb appeal.

It can be difficult communicating design ideas and visions when it is on a scale as large as this, this is when 3D rendered images really are a game changer. They ensure that everyone from home owner, designer, builder and tradies are all on the same page and are “seeing” the same end result.

If you think 3D rendered images would be helpful for your next project I would love to hear from you, send me a message and lets have a chat.

⦿ Client Brief

Essentially we are trying to look at colour schemes and how this might look in real life if we rendered the lower floor vs. if we left the brick exposed.

▷Lower floor - rendered in light grey or left as brick

▷Upper floor - light grey cladding

▷Roof - dark grey or black

▷Front door - black

▷ Happy to also see any other ideas that you might have ❤️

⦿ Client Feedback

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

I think the non-rendered brick with the contrast you've done looks incredible. We have a fairly hefty renovation to be doing so will be in touch if we alter these plans (or do fresh plans entirely!!) AND also would love help with our kitchen/living area once we re-configure it. ❤️
